Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • High-Demand Releases & Drops: During peak release periods, limited-edition drops, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended to 3–5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed.


3. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT & HIGH-VALUE PACKAGES To ensure the secure arrival of high-ticket items, VDTX reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value footwear and apparel orders.

  • If a signature is required, the carrier will not leave the package at your doorstep without an authorized signature.

  • We highly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure someone is available to receive the package.


4. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES While we attempt to accommodate all customers, certain high-value shipments or specific carrier constraints may prevent us from shipping to P.O. Boxes. If a premium carrier (like UPS or FedEx) is required for a secure signature, a physical residential or business address must be provided.


5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has entered the carrier's system. The tracking number will typically become active and update within 24 hours.


6. RISK OF LOSS, STOLEN, & DAMAGED PACKAGES All purchases made through vaultdtx.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

VDTX is not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

  • Carrier transit delays, severe weather disruptions, or lost items once the package leaves our facility.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the respective shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.


7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
